Our client, a leading operational firm, is looking to recruit a Recruitment Manager to join their growing team. The chosen candidate will be responsible to:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to address both immediate and long-term staffing needs.
- Partner with department leaders to anticipate staffing demands driven by business growth and employee turnover.
- Update and maintain recruitment dashboards to monitor hiring progress and open positions.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies, to attract top talent.
- Manage the job posting process to ensure roles are advertised effectively and reach the intended audience.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and post-interview discussions.
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and open-house sessions.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job criteria and company culture fit.
- Conduct candidate assessments using appropriate tools and methodologies to ensure optimal job fit.
- Lead job offer negotiations with prospective employees.
- Facilitate the onboarding process in collaboration with Service Delivery Managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Organize training sessions during onboarding and probationary periods.
- Maintain regular contact with new employees and their managers throughout the probation period, addressing issues as needed.
- Provide timely recruitment updates and progress reports to department heads.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure recruitment efforts align with staffing requirements.
- Lead and manage the recruitment team, fostering motivation and high performance.
- Streamline recruitment processes to improve efficiency and enhance the candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal hiring policies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts continuously.
- Support additional HR functions as required.

Education and Experience
- Educational MQF Level 5/6 in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field would be an asset

- Strong understanding of workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
