Our client, a corporate service provider is looking to recruit a highly organised and experienced professional to join their team as a Senior HR Executive. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of human resources management principles and a proven track record of successful HR initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee daily HR functions
- Continuously improve HR processes and systems.
- Develop recruitment strategies and manage job postings.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Collaborate with recruitment partners and job portals.
- Handle employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Jobsplus and Identity Malta.
- Oversee payroll processing with external partners.
- Ensure HR procedures comply with labour laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and training on HR policies.
- Handle disciplinary procedures and on-site issue resolution at retail locations.
- Plan employee engagement activities and conduct satisfaction surveys.
- Reinforce company culture through HR initiatives.
Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 0800hrs - 1700hrs, Friday: 0800hrs - 1430hrs
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of local HR experience in a corporate, insurance, or financial setting.
- Excellent level of written and verbal English
- Knowledge of employment laws, strong communication, multitasking skills, and confidentiality.
Education and Experience
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
