Senior Human Resources Executive

  Central Malta  |  €32,000 - €38,000 Annually 

Our client, a corporate service provider is looking to recruit a highly organised and experienced professional to join their team as a Senior HR Executive. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of human resources management principles and a proven track record of successful HR initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee daily HR functions
  • Continuously improve HR processes and systems.
  • Develop recruitment strategies and manage job postings.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates.
  • Collaborate with recruitment partners and job portals.
  • Handle employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Jobsplus and Identity Malta.
  • Oversee payroll processing with external partners.
  • Ensure HR procedures comply with labour laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and training on HR policies.
  • Handle disciplinary procedures and on-site issue resolution at retail locations.
  • Plan employee engagement activities and conduct satisfaction surveys.
  • Reinforce company culture through HR initiatives.

Working Hours: 

Monday - Thursday: 0800hrs - 1700hrs, Friday: 0800hrs - 1430hrs

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of local HR experience in a corporate, insurance, or financial setting.
  • Excellent level of written and verbal English
  • Knowledge of employment laws, strong communication, multitasking skills, and confidentiality.

Education and Experience

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
