Our client, a leading advisory firm is looking to recruit a Senior Payroll Executive to join their team.
Main responsibilities include :
- Managing and processing payroll services for a portfolio of clients, including gathering data from timesheets or extracting it from payroll software.
- Overseeing team members to ensure client deadlines are met and accurate information is provided.
- Identifying tax obligations and coordinating with the tax department when necessary.
- Communicating with clients regarding all payroll-related matters.
- Staying updated on new regulations and sharing relevant changes with team members.
- Preparing and submitting employment-related documentation to government agencies or other entities on behalf of clients.
- Submitting FSS reports to the tax department.
- Handling employment licensing and permit applications.
- Preparing special reports for clients as needed.
Requirements
- Previous working experience in a similar role is required
- Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Italian is considered an advantage
Education and Experience
- Candidates with payroll and/or HR-related qualifications will be given priority
