Expedition42 is currently looking for a Technical Recruitment Lead to join our growing recruitment teams at Konnekt.
Forming part of a tight-knit team, your focus will be to manage and develop strong relationships with clients and candidates, delivering a top-notch support service that expands beyond recruitment. We are driven by the objective of becoming much more than a mere recruitment provider but a partner in fostering true growth in each and every one of our clients’ businesses.
Within this position, you will be required to:
- Understand the specific technical needs of companies and candidates and become a trusted advisor by utilising in-depth industry knowledge, market research, and strategic foresight to guide both parties effectively
- Identify and create opportunities for candidates in various technical fields, ensuring they are matched with the right companies through thoughtful evaluation and proactive networking.
- Break down complex hiring challenges into clear, manageable steps, offering innovative and sustainable solutions tailored to the technical demands of the roles and the companies' objectives.
- Coordinate and manage technical recruitment projects from start to finish, including creating detailed technical job descriptions, identifying the best platforms and strategies to source talent, screening and shortlisting qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and providing insightful recommendations to both candidates and employers.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with Technical professionals and clients, actively participating in industry conferences, meetups, and events, and leveraging outreach activities to stay connected with industry trends and talent pools.
- Build and manage own team by mentoring team members, and ensuring they are equipped with the technical knowledge and recruitment strategies necessary to meet both client and candidate needs.
Requirements
- A results-driven individual with a strong understanding of the technical recruitment landscape
- A meticulous, highly organised, and process-oriented professional.
- A self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and the resilience to work both independently and within a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English are essential, while fluency in a second language will be considered a plus.
Education and Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Recruitment, Business Development, or Client Account Management.
- A Degree in Business Management, Information Technology or related field will be considered as an advantage.
