Our client, within the Aviation industry, is looking to recruit a Training Developer to join their growing team.
Reporting to the Learning and Training Leader, the chosen candidate will:
- Create training programs centered on self-directed learning approaches to empower employees.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), team leads, and stakeholders to identify and define training needs.
- Design and develop interactive e-learning materials tailored to adult learners in a professional setting.
- Stay informed about global learning trends, innovative methodologies, and advancements in learning technologies.
- Research and integrate advanced digital tools and technologies to enhance training content.
- Oversee the management, implementation, and maintenance of training courses within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Address and resolve LMS issues while providing support to learners
- Manage user accounts, course uploads, assessments, and access permissions within the LMS.
- Use LMS analytics to track learner progress and evaluate the success of training initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive reports for management to demonstrate LMS performance and utilization.
- Develop and maintain training matrices in collaboration with employees and team leads.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and recommend enhancements based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Ensure training content aligns with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of training schedules, attendance, and completion rates.
- Document training processes and program standards comprehensively.

Education and Experience
- Previous experience as training developer or in training position is required.
- Bachelor’s degree / Certificate in learning technologies or relevant fields
- Experience working with the ADDIE process and backward curriculum design.
- Experience working with Articulate 365.
- Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS).
- Experience in using image and video editing tools.
