Commercial Insurance Associate

  Central Malta  |  €22,000 - €35,000 Annually 

Our client, within the insurance industry, is looking to recruit a Commercial Insurance Associate to join their team.

Main responsibilities include :

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and offering guidance on insurance matters.
  • Support clients with questions about insurance, including policy specifics, claims procedures, and coverage options.
  • Handle phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Carry out administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and file management.
  • Provide assistance with additional administrative duties as needed, aiding the overall insurance operation.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal skills in both Maltese and English
  • Previous experience in an Insurance role will be considered an asset

Education and Experience

  • An Advanced level of education
