Our client, a leading Insurance company in Malta is looking to recruit a Corporate Insurance Broker to join their growing team.

Main responsibilities include :

Serve as the main contact for corporate clients, maintaining strong professional relationships.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of documentation for account renewals.
Collaborate with clients to collect necessary information and submit renewal applications within deadlines.
Manage mid-term policy changes and amendments based on client requests.
Coordinate with relevant departments for policy adjustments while ensuring compliance.
Conduct thorough reviews of policies for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to guidelines and regulations.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of client communications, policy documents, and related materials.
Stay informed about industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance.
Generate reports on account status, renewals, and amendments as needed.
Work closely with the sales and underwriting teams to provide seamless service and support business growth.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry

Education and Experience

An Insurance Qualification will be considered an asset
An A level Standard of Education
