Personal Insurance Associate

  Central Malta  |  €22,000 - €30,000  

Our client, within the insurance industry, is looking to recruit an Insurance Associate, reporting to the Branch Officer, the ideal candidate will be responsible for: 

Responsibilities:  

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing guidance on insurance-related matters.
  • Assist clients with insurance queries, including policy details, claims processes, and coverage options.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails promptly and professionally.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and file management.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative duties as required, supporting the overall Insurance operation.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese
  • The ability to establish good relationships with all types of clients and intermediaries
  • Experience in an insurance setting or a customer care related discipline would be considered an asset

Education and Experience

  • An advanced level of education
