Our client, a well-established financial services company is seeking Coporate Lawyers to recruit in their Corporate team offering a variety of opportunities for both entry-level and experienced up to s Manager level, legal professionals.

They provide a dynamic and challenging environment where you can expand your horizons and refine your skills. They work with a diverse clientele, encompassing both local and international businesses, offering you the opportunity to engage in corporate work and manage corporate projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Advising on transaction structures, compliance with legal requirements, and due diligence procedures.
  • Assisting clients in corporate governance matters, including board meetings, annual reports, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintaining corporate records and ensuring adherence to corporate formalities.
  • Conducting in-depth legal research to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date advice.
  • Analyzing complex legal issues and providing clear recommendations.
  • Actively participating in client meetings, understanding their legal needs, and providing practical legal solutions.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Managing legal documentation, including contracts, agreements, and corporate records.
  • Ensuring that all legal documents are accurate, organized, and easily accessible.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Advocacy.
  • Warranted under Maltese law
  • Possession of an LL.M. in corporate law is considered an asset.
