Corporate Lawyer

  Central Malta  |  €45,000 - €50,000 Annually 

Our client, a boutique law firm, is looking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting with legal documentation and needs
  • Managing clients, authorities and MBR
  • Ensuring that all deadlines are met
  • Supporting and understanding in the KYC and Compliance requirements
  • Assisting clients with corporate related queries
  • Supporting with legal advice for internal matters as well as clients
  • Supporting in the day to day

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of local experience in Corporate Law
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Maltese

Education and Experience

  • Warranted Lawyer
