Deputy Head of Fintech

Our client, a leader within the financial services industry is seeking to recruit a Deputy Head of Fintech. 

Duties include: 

• Develop, review and implement strategies for the sectors that deliver impact and improvements 
• Exercise supervisory judgment in handling cases, challenging regulated entities and ensure that issues are dealt with expeditiously
• Lead, manage and mentor members of the assigned team(s) within the Function;
• Actively contribute to the leadership of the Function, improving its operations 
• Lead the relationship with industry associations and regulated entities being capable of managing relationships with senior management;
• Be a Fintech Champion and advocate for the development of FinTech related initiatives 
• Representing the company in local, EU and international fora and engage with other competent authorities as necessary;
• Deputise for the Head of FinTech Supervision as may be required from time to time 

Requirements

• minimum of six (6) years working experience in a senior level role.
• Candidates must hold a background and experience in crypto
• Strong leadership experience

Education and Experience

• A solid educational background related to the role (A minimum of Level 6 qualification)
