Our client, a boutique CSP is seeking to recruit an In-house lawyer. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Acting as the primary contact for any legal related enquiries concerning the company whilst providing guidance and support as required
Overseeing and providing advise on corporate and trust services and ensuring compliance is in line with any relevant regulatory requirements
Drafting and reviewing of corporate documents, commercial agreements, policies & procedures
Supporting the Director responsible for legal matters and contributing to the company's strategic direction

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years experience working in a similar role. Candidates holding a background in the TCSP industry will be given preference
Hold excellent regulatory compliance experience
Possess strong intrapersonal skills
Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
Hold excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese

Education and Experience

Possess a Degree in Law and locally warranted
