Responsibilities:
Having conversations, discussions and various interactions with the Firm’s clients, as part of our client service team in the context of different work streams
- Devising, implementing, and actively contributing in any way to the formulation of solutions to client issues.
- Conducting timely and precise research into specific areas of law.
- Contributing to the Firm’s professional events, marketing material, thought leadership and business development initiatives.
- Attendance to internal and external relevant events.
- Drafting and preparing any written client deliverables.
- Keeping abreast with changes to legislation, particularly in relation to corporate and commercial laws and compliance obligations.
Requirements
- Maintain strong organizational skills and thrive in high-pressure situations.

Education and Experience
- A university degree in Law
- Previous experience in the corporate, commercial and financial services practice areas will be considered an asset
