Lawyer - Dispute Resolution

  Central Malta  |  €32,000 - €38,000 Annually 

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lawyer to join our client's Dispute Resolution practice. The role involves working as part of a team handling a diverse range of complex disputes, including general commercial and corporate law matters as well as issues in other areas such as construction.

 Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve contentious issues across a variety of practice areas.
  • Collaborate with team members to address complex disputes effectively and efficiently.
  • Liaise with professional advisors and regulatory bodies. 
  • Work closely with the firm’s partners in a professional and supportive environment.

Requirements

  • Warranted under Maltese Law
  • 2–3 years of post-qualification experience with a strong focus on dispute resolution.
  • Previously acted on behalf on clients before the Maltese Courts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Maltese and English
  • Energetic, with a positive approach and a strong personality.
  • Ability to work well in a team and maintain a professional demeanor.
