Senior Associate

A client of ours operating in the Legal sector is looking for an ambitious lawyer to work alongside the partners and senior lawyers of the firm in empowering their private and corporate clients with thorough legal advice. 

Responsibilities:

• Being the primary point of contact with clients, foreign legal counsel, external advisors, banks, regulatory and governmental organisations, and other parties
• Handle legal and corporate matters on behalf of clients' businesses
• Maintaining healthy client relationships
• Actively working on client files ensuring that deadlines are duly met
• Conducting timely and precise legal research into specific areas of Law
• Acting in key roles, including directorships as may be required
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested from time to time

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of previous local post-graduate experience in the legal sector
• Excellent written and spoken English and Maltese
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education and Experience

• Locally qualified and in possession of a warrant to practice law in Malta
