Senior Lawyer

  Central Malta  |  €40,000 - €50,000 Annually 

Our client a boutique CSP is looking for a Senior Lawyer to lead a small team 

Responsibilities:

  • Offer strategic legal guidance to both clients and company leadership
  • Identify potential legal risks in business operations and implement solutions
  • Advise on matters related to corporate structure and governance
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate various legal agreements and documents
  • Coordinate with external legal partners and advisors
  • Assist clients with transactions, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations
  • Mentor junior legal staff and oversee their task management
  • Organize in-house training sessions on legal and regulatory topics

Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience
  • Able to lead a team and meet deadlines

Education and Experience

  • Locally Warranted Lawyer
