We are looking for a skilled individual for the position of a Machine Setter to operate and set up machinery in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:
Efficiently set up and prepare injection molding machines for production runs according to job specifications.
Install and adjust moulds on the machines to ensure precision and quality.
Adjust machine settings (temperature, pressure, cycle times) to optimize production processes.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
Technical training or certification in injection molding operations is a plus.
Strong understanding of plastic materials and their properties will be considered an asset.
Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills for effective coordination with the production team.
On-the-job training provided to familiarize you with our specific processes and machinery.
Must be willing to work over time
The role is offered on Day Shift or Three-shift Basis
