Our client is a household name in Malta and as they are growing they wish to engage a Head of Sales and Marketing to help them drive company growth. 

The Role

  • You will report to the General Manager and focus on increasing revenue and market share.
  • You will ensure that profitability is attained as per pre agreed strategy.
  • You will plan, organize, and execute sales and marketing strategies. 
  • You will lead a medium sized team.
  • You will be part of the Senior Management Team.

Requirements

  • You must have a strong Marketing experience in FMCG with at least years experience in Senior Management
  • You must have tertiary level of education in Marketing
  • Have strong strategic leadership skills
  • Experience in customer segmentation and financial management is a must
