Head of Sales

  Central Malta  |  €60,000 - €80,000 Annually 

Our company is a global innovator serving markets across Africa, the USA, and Africa and they are seeking a transformative Head of Sales to lead its global sales strategy

The Role

  • You will focus on driving the team in achieving sales growth, optimizing operational efficiencies, and enhancing customer satisfaction. 
  • You will spearhead strategic initiatives to expand market presence, build strong client relationships, and achieve ambitious annual sales targets.
  • You will oversee and refine sales operations, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative solutions to improve processes while collaborating closely with marketing and cross-functional teams. 
  • You will mentor a high-performing global team, fostering a results-driven, collaborative culture, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • You will contribute to the overall business strategy by managing forecasts, budgets, and KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • You will have proven, international experience in sales management
  • You will have proven experience managing a sales team
  • You be a good communicator at all company structural levels
  • You will be part of the senior management team
  • Having good knowledge of supply chain and customer service will be considered as an asset
  • Be ready to travel frequently

Education and Experience

  • Prefrably have an MBA
