Marketing Assistant

Our client within the legal industry is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join its dynamic Marketing & Business Development team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the firm’s marketing initiatives in a professional and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the execution of the firm’s marketing and communication strategies at both departmental and company levels.
• Supporting digital and traditional marketing efforts, including website management, social media, and content creation.
• Coordinating marketing events, sponsorships, and public relations activities.
• Preparing marketing materials, presentations, and internal reports.
• Designing and adapting marketing assets using Canva while assisting with branded content creation.
• Managing administrative tasks related to marketing operations and coordinating with external suppliers.
• Helping to distribute content across various digital (including videos and podcasts) and print platforms, while identifying new opportunities for content outreach.
• Assisting with content submissions for key legal directories and other authority sites to ensure senior professionals receive top-tier recognition.

Requirements

• Holds a qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in Maltese is an asset).
• Has a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Is confident and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
• Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Is creative, proactive, and eager to contribute fresh ideas.
• Can work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a must.
