Our client specializing in the gas industry is looking for a Marketing, Communications & Content Manager to join their dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include:
Integrated Campaign Planning & Execution
- Lead the development and management of an integrated marketing campaign calendar, aligning digital (social media, email, website, paid media) and offline initiatives (events, merchandise) with overall brand and business objectives.
- Strategize, launch, and optimize cohesive multi-channel campaigns that deliver impactful messaging and engaging visuals.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams—including CRM, Web, Design, and Paid Media—and external partners to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Continuously refine campaign frameworks, message sequencing, and content formats to maximize customer engagement and drive conversion.
Content Strategy, Creation & Management
- Oversee the creation and delivery of compelling content across all touchpoints, including websites, social media, digital advertising, product pages, landing pages, and email.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to strategize and implement impactful email marketing campaigns.
- Direct the planning and production of social media content in partnership with designers, ensuring alignment with broader brand narratives.
- Manage the development of high-quality photo and video content to support storytelling objectives across campaigns.
- Lead efforts to adapt and repurpose content for maximum reach and relevance across various channels.
Brand Messaging & Copy Direction
- Define and maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms, ensuring alignment with tone of voice and strategic positioning.
- Develop engaging, audience-centric copy across a range of formats—from product descriptions and ads to blog posts and social media content.
- Tailor messaging to different customer segments and sub-brands, ensuring relevance and resonance.
- Champion a unified storytelling approach that strengthens brand identity and emotional connection with audiences.
Website Content & SEO Optimization
- Drive the integration of SEO best practices into content creation, ensuring strategic keyword use, readability, and relevance.
- Regularly audit, update, and optimize website content to enhance discoverability and support conversion goals.Partner with the web team to improve on-page SEO elements, such as metadata, structure, and internal linking.
- Monitor organic performance, analyze insights, and implement data-driven improvements to grow visibility and engagement.
Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor key performance metrics for all content and campaigns, including engagement rates, CTR, and conversions.
- Collaborate with analytics, paid media, and CRM teams to assess impact and refine messaging strategies.
- Design and execute A/B testing for content elements, including headlines, calls to action, and formats.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience behaviors to keep marketing efforts innovative and effective.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in content marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing
- A portfolio showcasing campaign execution, content writing and brand messaging work
- Proven experience in SEO - driven content
- Familiarity with Google analytics and SEO tools
