Marketing Executive

Our client who specializes in the Luxury Retail industry is looking for a Marketing Executive . Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns tailored to the beauty retail market
• Coordinate promotional activities, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and in-store activations
• Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns to optimise strategies
• Develop and schedule content for social media platforms to engage audiences and promote products
• Collaborate on email marketing initiatives, crafting newsletters and promotional materials
• Create engaging content for marketing materials, ensuring consistency with the brand voice and aesthetic
• Support the production of visuals, including photoshoots and video content, in collaboration with designers
• Monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth
• Organise and assist with events, such as product demonstrations, workshops, and promotional campaigns
• Coordinate logistics and collaborate with vendors to ensure successful execution
• Maintain the marketing calendar and assist with project timelines and deliverables

Requirements

• Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., social media, email marketing software, CRM systems).
• Excellent communication in English and Maltese is a must

Education and Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the beauty or retail sectors
