Marketing Executive

Our client operating in the hospitality & entertainment industry is seeking a talented, driven and creative Marketing Executive to join their dynamic marketing team. 

• Oversee the marketing needs of a specific department, ensuring effective strategies and execution.  
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, and events.  
• Plan, write, and implement marketing campaigns across various media channels while managing deadlines.  
• Produce compelling content for print and digital materials, including newsletters, brochures, posters, direct mail, online promotions, videos, and advertisements.  
• Collaborate with designers to create artwork and coordinate submissions to media outlets.  
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with the press by distributing press releases, conducting follow-ups, and organizing press-related activities.  
• Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution.  
• Plan, oversee, and evaluate promotional events for maximum impact.  
• Handle administrative duties such as processing purchase orders, booking advertisements, updating marketing budgets, and managing invoices.  

Flexible Working Hours

Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM - Flexible to work on weekends when required.

Requirements

• Exceptional English language skills & Proficiency in Maltese is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills with a strong character, being able to collaborate effectively.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices.
• Familiarity with Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite (a plus but not required).
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, whilst working in a team
• Proven local experience in a similar role, ideally in the entertainment industry.
