Our client within the Property industry, is looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the chosen candidate will:
- Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with the company’s objectives to enhance product and brand desirability, applying a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities.
- Collaborate closely with branch and division managers to provide tailored marketing support, ensuring alignment with the overarching marketing strategy and business goals.
- Optimize budgets to achieve marketing KPIs, utilizing available resources effectively for impactful campaigns.
- Present regular reports and insights to company directors, offering actionable recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead and inspire a diverse team with varied skill sets, providing mentorship and guidance to nurture professional growth.
- Develop clear KPIs for team members, taking a hands-on approach to leadership while fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Create compelling marketing content for various channels, including digital platforms, print materials, and events.
- Establish a unified brand strategy encompassing positioning, planning, and purpose across the company’s portfolio.
- Develop and maintain visual brand identities, ensuring consistency in messaging and imagery across all communication channels.
- Leverage market research and customer feedback to enhance brand perception and loyalty.
- Plan, lead, and manage digital marketing initiatives such as social media campaigns, email marketing, PPC, and other online advertising strategies.
