We are looking for a proactive, creative and fiercely competitive Marketing Manager to join a growing company offering technical solutions to its clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans: This includes website redesign for lead generation and managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO, content) to enhance brand visibility and driver conversations.
- Manage product marketing and launches: Plan and execute product marketing campaigns for both existing and new product releases, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Oversee budget management: Develop and administer annual marketing budgets, monitor expenditures for cost-effectiveness, track ROI, and collaborate with finance on budget forecasting and analysis.
- Manage agency relationships and resource planning: Select and manage external agencies specializing in branding, design, and advertising, while also evaluating and recommending internal staffing needs for optimal efficiency. Ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality deliverables from all partners.
- Utilize data-driven optimization: Define key performance indicators, leverage analytics tools (eg Google Analytics), and analyze data to optimise marketing efforts through regular performance reporting and insights.
- Provide team leadership and development: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration to align marketing activities with broader business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management and campaign execution
- Industry experience in one of these sectors is a must: ICT, cloud, cybersecurity or tech solutions
- Proven experience in creating and managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a history of successful collaboration with a history of successful collaboration with external agencies and internal teams
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (eg. Google Analytics, SEO tools)
