Performance Marketing Manager (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager, to drive and understand marketing performance across online and offline communication channels. If you know digital marketing inside out, have a knack for data and a strategic mindset, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Brand and Communications team to drive media efficiency across all communication channels.
  • Manage budget for digital marketing and market research to meet agreed objectives, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Set up and continuously optimise online campaigns, including SEM, for maximum efficiency and performance in Malta and international markets.
  • Setting up SEO audits, working closely with the website and content teams to build on SEO strategy.
  • Commission and analyse market research necessary to understand offline channel performance and customer sentiment, aligning with marketing objectives.
  • Analyse and report cross-channel performance data with actionable recommendations to enhance campaign outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with social media platforms, PPC, SEM, and other digital campaigns.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop, analyse, and present data and insights effectively.
  • Proficient in setting up and interpreting online and offline market research, with a talent for distilling actionable insights.
  • Commitment to making data-driven recommendations with significant business impact.
  • Skilled in using analytical, website tracking and visualisation tools.
