Tentative start date: 03/02/2025, contract of 11 months with a probationary period of 6 months.

Job Description
The Training Support Assistant – interim support will be working in the Cluster1 AdminTeam and support the organisation of training activities in the EUAA country operations.
Responsibilities;
- Providing support and assistance for the coordination of the training activities
- Providing assistance in the preparation of meetings and workshops including the preparation of documents and report
- Support preparing and processing all financial transactions, such as commitments, payments, procurement orders, missions and reimbursement claims and other relevant financial processes
- Support scheduling training programs based on availability of venues, equipment or trainers
- Support on organizing and sending out training guides or materials
- Recording attendance of training participants and keeping track of training records
- Providing assistance in monitoring the effectiveness of training programs and training costs
- Draft documents, templates and reports and maintain internal tools and databases
- Screening and filing emails and correspondence regarding the related area/s of activities and managing correspondence, documents filing and archiving
- Supporting in administrative-related tasks of the unit and provide back-up to the other Administrative Assistant staff
- Perform any other duties required in the interest of the service
Minimum requirements
- A secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education and appropriate professional experience.
- Previous professional experience in similar tasks of at least 2 years.
- Proven professional experience in drafting templates, documents and reports.
- Thorough Knowledge of English (level C1 in all dimensions as per the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages or CEFRL)
- Computer literacy, including MS Office Suite, use of internet and web-based applications.
