Head Of Commercial

Our client, a leading Pharma Import & Export, is looking to onboard a Head Of Commercial to join their growing team. Reporting to the CEO, this person will be leading all Business units leading a team of 5, and the responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
  • Guide the strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives across current and emerging markets.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing team to achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities in existing and future markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders to support business development and contract negotiations.
  • Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Oversee customer analysis to enhance relationship-building strategies and improve client satisfaction.
  • Manage sales planning, deployment, and forecasting to align with quarterly and annual financial goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, purchasing, and resource allocation to ensure efficient operations.
  • Hold full P&L responsibility for the division, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Monitor and evaluate brand and product performance, implementing strategies to enhance market positioning and profitability.

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Certification in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical, or any related field is given preference.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
  • Proven record of market research methodologies and tools.
