Our client, a leading player within the Real Estate industry, is seeking to recruit an experienced and creative Interior Project Coordinator to oversee the planning, design, and execution of our real estate projects.
- Collaborate on creating innovative interior design concepts tailored to client needs.
- Develop and manage project schedules, including administrative tasks, to ensure timely completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and maintaining strong relationships.
- Identify, source, and procure high-quality materials and products that align with project goals.
- Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals that reflect client requirements, project scope, and budgets.
- Plan and monitor project budgets to achieve cost-effective outcomes.
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations.
- Stay updated on the latest products, trends, and best practices in interior design.
- Conduct on-site evaluations to oversee progress and address any issues that may arise.
Requirements
