Serve as a member of the Site Leadership Team and take over for the Malta Site Lead when necessary.
Accountable for all production staff and activities on-site concerning operational risk.
Foster a customer-first culture and focus on delivering quality exceeds customer expectations while managing the cost of quality.
Collaborate with project teams to drive improvement and technical development across the site.
Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring cost-effective use of manufacturing equipment, working capital, and manpower.
Drive continuous process improvement across all site operations in line with company goals.
Set budgets, monitor financial performance, and develop plans to exceed operational targets.
Lead the adoption of lean manufacturing techniques and a culture of continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence.
Recommend and secure approval for capital expenditure to support long-term business sustainability.
Manage the operational floor, ensuring adherence to 5S standards.
Work with the Site Leadership Team to develop long-term strategy and capacity plans.
Drive manufacturing performance improvements, including delivery performance and cost competitiveness.
Ensure effective coordination and management of new product development and introduction on-site.
Ensure direct reports have the required skills and behaviours to execute the manufacturing strategy, with development plans in place to meet future needs.
Conduct regular talent reviews, monitor progress, and develop a succession plan for the site.
Perform additional duties as required to support the business needs.

Previous Management/leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
A thorough understanding of manufacturing policies, process and procedures (HS&E, HR, Operating methods)
