Our client within the hospitality industry, is looking to recruit a Production Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the Director, the chosen candidate will:
Oversee the daily operations of production and shop activities.
Lead, motivate, and manage the production team, ensuring schedules are properly assigned and daily production plans are communicated clearly.
Develop and execute short-term and long-term production plans aligned with the yearly production schedule, current stock requirements (UK and Malta), and B2B orders.
Conduct consistent quality control checks to maintain high-quality standards.
Monitor and manage equipment maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs.
Track raw material stock levels and coordinate with suppliers and transporters to ensure timely orders.
Manage all shipments, including supplier orders and customer deliveries, ensuring efficient and timely execution.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Advanced computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software tools.

Education and Experience
Proven experience in a similar role.
Must be located in Malta and have a local experience.
