Our client, a worldwide leader in trusted identity solutions, is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join their team. This role requires providing strategic and tactical direction to meet customer needs while achieving company goals. You will coordinate across departments, ensure safety, quality, and cost objectives are met, and oversee the Operations Team. Reporting to the Director of Operations in Malta, you will play a key role in operational efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead a team of Front Line Managers and employees.
- Ensure Managers align work with customer expectations and business goals.
- Collaborate with local and global teams to enhance operations and share best practices.
- Manage budgets for assigned operational areas.
- Monitor and improve workplace safety, addressing risks proactively.
- Establish local procedures in line with global policies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
- Track customer value delivery using metrics for efficiency and cost savings.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday

Requirements
- Preferred experience in Six Sigma, Kaizen or lean manufacturing within a Manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated management experience of at least 3-5 years locally.
- Proficient in Maltese and English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, and international technical standards.
- Strong results-oriented mindset and commitment to success.
- Capable of driving change and flexible in problem-solving approaches.
- Excellent analytical and project management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
