Our client is a renowned diverse group of companies who would like to engage a Chief Operations Officer (COO) as the group is growing. The role will report directly into the CEO.
The Role
Developing and executing operational strategies aligned with the company's goals
Overseeing daily operations, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, service, and support functions
You will also manage inventory effectively, ensuring stock levels are optimized and costs are controlled
Streamlining after-sales processes, enhancing customer experience, and implementing data-driven strategies to grow revenue and market share are also central to the role
Re-engineering processes for cost-efficiency, defining service levels, and implementing best practices to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty
A customer-centric culture will be championed, with standards and training programs to ensure superior service, addressing customer feedback promptly
You will manage resources such as personnel, equipment, and facilities to ensure operational excellence while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality assurance protocols will be maintained, with the highest standards of professionalism enforced.
Salary Package will depend on experience
Requirements
Having a bachelor's degree in Business Adminstration, Operatiosn Mangement or a related field would be considered as a very strong asset
Should have a minimum of 5 years experience of Operational Management at Senior Operational level
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills are essential,
Having aviation or automtive experience will be considered as a strong asset
