Our client who specialises in the Financial Services industry is looking for an Operations and Training coordinator. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
Conduct basic learning consultancy research and provide support to Learning & Development (L&D) consultants as needed.
Assist in the execution of learning projects by managing tasks within the Learning Management System (Moodle), including setting up learning materials and activities.
Handle learner inquiries and requests, ensuring prompt resolution while preparing learning reports and analytics dashboards.
Coordinate and support training tenders to ensure efficient processes and compliance.
Oversee the organization of external training sessions by issuing invites, managing logistics, preparing training materials, tracking attendance, setting up training rooms, liaising with participants and trainers, and collecting and analyzing feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Establish strong rapport with students/clients to understand their needs
Ability to carry out basic research efficiently and strong organizational skills
Proficient in Office software (particularly Excel) and Google Workspace tools
