Our client is a renowned company on the Maltese islands that offers a variety of outsourcing services to its clients. As they are growing, they would like to engage an Operations Manager to lead their operations.
The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and managing a team of security personnel.
You will lead and mentor staff, conducting performance evaluations, and providing necessary training.
You will plan resource deployment, scheduling assignments, and ensuring adequate coverage for all employee needs.
You will conduct regular meetings with clients to assess service quality and address any concerns
In this role you will assess risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
As an Operations Manager you will also be responsible for responding to incidents related to outsourced staff members, conducting post-incident reviews, and taking corrective actions
You will also manage budget management, including overseeing resources and company assets like vehicles,
You will conduct training and development programs for the team that are also within the role's scope.
You will emphasize process improvement, efficiency, and meeting company performance metrics having the ultimate goal of maintaining high service standards and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements
You will be have a minimum of 3-5 years experience leading a large operation at mid to senior level preferably in the security/services sector
