Our client in the Property Development Industry is looking for a Project Manager to join his team. His responsibilities will include:
Plan and execute projects in accordance with project documentation, budgets, and applicable regulations
Collaborate with the external engineer to prepare RFQs or tenders for construction and finishing works, including drawings, specifications, Bills of Quantities, and an outline Project Plan
Monitor project progress during implementation and update the Project Plan periodically or as needed
Coordinate with the land surveyor to facilitate site operations
Oversee site and quantity surveying activities, whether performed by the company, contractors, or external civil engineering and finishing consultants
Identify opportunities to enhance energy efficiency within the projects
Ensure all project sites are maintained in a clean and organized condition
Promptly report and address any issues or deficiencies
Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Perform other tasks as assigned by the company
Requirements
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Flexibility to work varied hours
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams
Education and Experience
Candidates with a project management qualification and experience in engineering services and/or construction will be given preference
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
A valid driver’s license
Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental best practices
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office applications
