Our Client, a well known Pharmaceutical company is looking for an experienced Project & Programme Lead to join their growing team. Reporting to the Head of MS&T.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead project execution within PxLT,
- Ensuring timely, compliant, and cost-efficient product delivery.
- Align production, supply chain, and R&D for seamless operations.
- Optimise lifecycle management, drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and oversee projects.
- Act as the key stakeholder liaison and coach PxLT teams.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: Flexi-Time

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical/chemical manufacturing with expertise in product lifecycle, production planning, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams, complex projects, and driving process improvements while balancing cost, quality, and compliance.
- Strong coaching, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with effective communication across departments and with external partners.
- Candidates must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field; business/project management qualifications a plus.
