Our Client, a well known Pharmaceutical company is looking for an experienced Senior QA Specialist to enhance the QA Operations, ensuring compliance, driving improvements, managing quality processes, and resolving issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Reporting to the QA Operations Manager your duties will include:
- Manage deviations, complaints, and CAPAs via Trackwise, ensuring consistent quality and root cause analysis.
- Monitor closure and effectiveness of corrective/preventive actions, ensuring lessons are integrated.
- Lead Product Quality Review preparation, collaborating with stakeholders and identifying improvement areas.
- Contribute as a key member of the Internal Auditing Team.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: Flexi-Time

Requirements
- Relevant experience or a mix of training and experience.
- Proficient in root-cause analysis using tools like 5 Whys and Fishbone.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's in Life Sciences or related field.
