Our client, a Gaming Operator is seeking to recruit a Risk Officer to join their team. The appointed candidate will be responsible for;
Analysing potential risk factors internally and suggesting potential remedies and ensuring appropriate controls are set in place to mitigate risk
Update the internal risk registers with potential new risks emerging from new trends or potential jurisdictional trends
Contribute to the creation of risk management tools such as Key Risk Indicators, while improving the risk scoring tool to evaluate the organisation's overall exposure to risk
Prepare risk management reports and analyses and compose risk management policies and procedures drafts
Perform routine risk assessments and establish and uphold an efficient plan to respond to risks effectively
Explore and research the diverse risk factors that could impact the gaming industry whilst keeping abreast with changing regulations which may impact the organisation
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years working in a similar role within Risk locally
Excellent written and verbal English
Ability to work under pressure in a changing environment
Education and Experience
Degree Level of Education (MQF Level 6) in a related field such as Risk Management, Business, Management, Finance or equivalent
