B2B Sales and Business Development Executive

  Central Malta  |  €24,000 - €26,000 Annually 

Our client, within the Retail and Distribution Industry is looking for a B2B Sales and Business Development Executive. This role is designed for seasoned professionals with a passion for driving sales, fostering relationships, and crafting innovative marketing strategies. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct in-person visits to potential and existing B2B clients to promote and sell products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to drive business growth.  
  • Develop and execute impactful marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.  
  • Organise and prioritise daily tasks to achieve business objectives independently.  
  • Ensure seamless communication and alignment across internal teams.  
  • Deliver weekly performance updates on sales, marketing activities, and project progress.  
  • Oversee and complete ad hoc projects efficiently and effectively.  
  • Design and implement engaging promotional activities and events.  

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 18:00

A basic salary per month, plus a commission structure based on performance.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or related industries, with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
  • A valid and clean driving license.
  • Candidates must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • High level of ownership, accountability and responsibility
  • Computer literate with a good command of Microsoft Office tools

Education and Experience

  • Degree in marketing, business, or related field (postgraduate in project management is a plus).
