Our client, within the Retail and Distribution Industry is looking for a B2B Sales and Business Development Executive. This role is designed for seasoned professionals with a passion for driving sales, fostering relationships, and crafting innovative marketing strategies. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct in-person visits to potential and existing B2B clients to promote and sell products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to drive business growth.
- Develop and execute impactful marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Organise and prioritise daily tasks to achieve business objectives independently.
- Ensure seamless communication and alignment across internal teams.
- Deliver weekly performance updates on sales, marketing activities, and project progress.
- Oversee and complete ad hoc projects efficiently and effectively.
- Design and implement engaging promotional activities and events.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 18:00
A basic salary per month, plus a commission structure based on performance.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or related industries, with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
- A valid and clean driving license.
- Candidates must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- High level of ownership, accountability and responsibility
- Computer literate with a good command of Microsoft Office tools
Education and Experience
- Degree in marketing, business, or related field (postgraduate in project management is a plus).
