Our client within the Automotive Industry is looking to recruit a B2C Sales Executive to join their growing team. Reporting to the Sales director, the chosen candidate will:
- Drive the sales of used vehicles to meet or exceed predefined targets.
- Actively follow up on leads and quotations to convert potential clients into buyers.
- Update and manage sales pipeline and activities in the database.
- Anticipate and understand client needs through probing and categorization by customer personas.
- Prepare personalized quotes considering the client's budget, lifestyle, and both spoken and hidden needs.
- Propose recommendations to enhance customer experience processes and satisfaction.
- Prepare vehicle orders and ensure proper documentation for finalizing sales.
- Collect deposits and coordinate with the finance team.
- Liaise with Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) team for vehicle preparation and workshop teams for accessory fittings if required.
- Assess the vehicle's condition before delivery and organize pickup appointments.
- Deliver vehicles professionally, providing a detailed explanation of features and functionality to clients.
- Identify consumer trends and market demand to support vehicle procurement strategies.
- Stay informed about competitors, their schemes, and industry updates.
- Actively participate in sales meetings and discussions.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate before vehicle delivery.
- Adhere to all established processes and procedures
Working hours: Monday to Saturday on shift / roster basis
Gross Salary + Commission + Company Car
Requirements
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of vehicles and accessories.
- Understanding of dealership operations and workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
- A clean police conduct certificate.
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a B2C sales-oriented environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with internal IT systems and tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in Maltese language is a must
