Business Development Executive (IT)

  Central Malta  |  €35,000 - €60,000 Annually 

A leading ICT Solutions company in Malta are looking for an experienced, ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to join their dynamic Business Development Team targeting different industries in Malta. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities and exceed annual sales targets 
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts assigned to you, including developing, expanding and nurturing existing customer relations 
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery and an unmatched customer experience 
  • Interact and liaise with suppliers to provide the best affiliate service and competitive pricing to customers 
  • Coordinate customer requirements in line with business operations, develop and negotiate contracts 

Requirements:

  • Experience in selling enterprise IT systems and/or software products 
  • A peoples’ person with a flair for sales and a natural aptitude for negotiation 
  • A good communicator of ideas who thrives in an environment where freedom and responsibility are equally valued and where argument is king. 
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and driven who is results-oriented and takes pride in delivering top results 
  • A fluent user of English with strong interpersonal and organisational skills, proficiency in Maltese is preferred 
  • Passionate about technology 

This role includes a Basic Gross Salary + Commissions
