Our client, a multinational organization, is looking for a Business Development Executive to join their growing team. Reporting to the Head of Sales, your responsibilities will include:
Business Development & Lead Generation:
- Identify and research prospective clients within designated regions
- Contribute to the execution of lead generation initiatives through networking, outreach, and digital channels
- Support the sales pipeline by qualifying prospects and coordinating initial engagement efforts
Market Research & Strategy:
- Track industry developments, competitor movements, and emerging market opportunities
- Collect and analyze customer insights to inform strategic business planning
- Provide input on regional sales strategies and explore opportunities for market growth
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate with senior business development, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure strategic alignment
- Prepare detailed reports on lead generation activities, customer engagement, and market intelligence
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales efforts and client communications
Client Engagement & Travel:
- Participate in both virtual and face-to-face client meetings to foster relationship development
- Occasionally travel within assigned regions to attend industry events or meet prospective clients, under senior team supervision
Account Support & Relationship Management:
- Assist in nurturing existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and ongoing engagement
- Support account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, addressing inquiries and resolving routine issues
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years in a Sales environment
- Previous Business Development experience is a plus
- Native English is a must, other languages are a bonus
- Used to working in a multicultural and multinational environment
- Proficiency at Google services and Office 365 products
- Lead Generation knowledge
