Our client, focused on digital coaching, is looking to recruit a Client Success Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the Client Success Director, the chosen candidate will:
- Spearhead client onboarding by creating structured implementation plans with clear milestones and resource allocation.
- Continuously track client progress, anticipate challenges, and align efforts between clients and internal teams.
- Act as the primary client liaison, establishing trust and ensuring seamless communication.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure successful programme adoption and smooth execution.
- Manage programme delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
- Evaluate programme performance and introduce strategies to optimise client value and satisfaction.
- Proactively identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential disruptions.
Requirements
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Thrive in a client-focused role and enjoy driving successful programme execution
- Ability to interpret customer data, track engagement trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Proactive and resourceful in addressing client challenges and delivering effective solutions.
Education and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in client onboarding, programme implementation, or project management.
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrated success in a similar role, managing multiple clients and stakeholders across different regions, including outside Malta.
- Experience working with global, sophisticated clients is essential.
