Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with suppliers to drive mutual growth.
- Secure supplier-approved budgets and manage internal fund allocations.
- Equip and support the sales team with the necessary tools to execute category strategies effectively.
- Implement best-in-class sales execution tools to maximize performance.
- Clearly communicate category plans across sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct regular in-store assessments to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize bottom-line performance through accurate forecasting, budget management, and tailored commercial proposals for key channels and customers.
- Oversee category budgets, ensuring efficient expenditure and claims management.
- Maintain accurate stock forecasting and supplier order management.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent in a business-related field.
- 2-3 years of local experience in a similar commercial or business management role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional level in written and spoken English and Maltese, Italian speaking is a plus.
- A valid driving license.
- Must be mathematically competent.
