Tender Management
- Identify and assess tender opportunities in the commercial furniture sector.
- Prepare detailed and persuasive tender proposals that align with tender requirements and highlight value-added solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, procurement, and operations) to gather essential information for tender responses.
- Monitor tender timelines and ensure timely submission and follow-up post-submission.
Project Sales & Client Relationship Management
- Build and sustain relationships with both new and existing clients, focusing on understanding their needs to provide tailored furniture solutions.
- Oversee and coordinate large commercial furniture projects from initial proposal to final installation, maintaining adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
Sales Growth & Market Development
- Drive new business through research, prospecting, and lead generation, targeting clients with substantial and repeat furniture requirements.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to refine sales strategies and optimize product positioning.
- Work with marketing and product teams to create proposals, presentations, and other client-focused sales materials.
Financial & Administrative Management
- Produce accurate quotations, budgets, and cost analyses for projects, ensuring financial alignment with business goals.
- Keep CRM systems current with client interactions, project statuses, and sales pipeline activities.
- Regularly prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analyses for management.
Requirements
- Must be proactive, detail-oriented individual
- Must hold exceptional leadership skills, and a team player approach
Education and Experience
- Strongly proven background in Sales, Project Management, anf Tender processes is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3+ experience in Commercial Sales is a must.
- Certification in Sales, Project Management, Interior Design or any related field will be given preference.
- Proficiency in CRM software. and Microsoft Office
- Excellent wirtten and verbal communication skills in both Maltese and English
