Our client, a local Tech importer and distributor, is looking for a Cybersecurity Sales Specialist to join their growing team. Reporting to the CCO, this person will be responsible to:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to assess progress, set targets, and adjust goals based on market conditions.
- Foster and manage relationships with vendors to establish and achieve KPIs, sales targets, and marketing initiatives.
- Design and present tailored business cases to meet customer needs and secure vendor support.
- Work cross-functionally with departments to identify opportunities for sales optimization.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with customers, providing accurate quotes and maintaining forecasts.
- Represent the company at events, building and strengthening relationships with stakeholders.
- Promote a positive team environment, motivating staff to achieve peak performance.
- Address customer concerns effectively, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, selling techniques, and product offerings.
- Monitor credit performance in collaboration with Credit Control.
- Develop and implement feedback systems to evaluate sales campaigns' effectiveness.
- Oversee the availability of sales materials and tools to support the team.
- Lead or participate in special projects and management committees as needed.
Requirements
- Strong lead-generation and closing skills;
- Commitment in providing excellent customer service and managing existing accounts professionally;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese;
- Customer oriented with good interpersonal skills;
- Target and detail orientation with a strong drive to achieve work success;
- The ability to work on his/her own initiative and as part of a team;
Education and Experience
- Proven experience with CRM;
- Good knowledge of the company’s products and in-depth view of upcoming technologies;
- Familiarity and experience in Cyber-security will be considered an asset.
