Domestic Sales Manager

  South of Malta  |  starting from €35,000 Annually 

Our client, within the Glass and Aluminium industry, is looking to recruit a Domestic Sales Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the Administration Manager, the chosen candidate will:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales Team and Window Technician to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue.
  • Monitor team performance, including tracking issued quotations, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
  • Present sales reports, revenue forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
  • Manage client interactions, including responding to inquiries via email, phone, and social media.
  • Oversee the quotation and tendering process for aluminium, steel, and uPVC products.
  • Follow up on submitted quotations and tenders, providing additional information and negotiating deals.
  • Ensure timely collection of deposits and final balances from clients.
  • Coordinate large projects by liaising with various departments and client project managers to ensure smooth execution.
  • Oversee the upkeep and presentation of the showroom, ensuring it reflects Servgroup’s quality and brand standards.
  • Manage the company’s CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and tracking of customer interactions.
  • Schedule and allocate client appointments for the Window Technician.
  • Ensure proper handover of appointments from the Window Technician to the Sales Team for follow-ups.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for production, including signed contracts, deposits, and measurement sheets.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage workloads effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive continuous improvement.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Target-driven mindset with a passion for closing deals and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required; fluency in Maltese is an asset.
  • Proven experience in Sales.
