Our client is renowned name in Malta. As they are growing they are hiring a General Manager - Sales & Business Development to expand its operations abroad including Europe and Africa seeking new business ventures for their different lines of business.
The Role
- You should identify and develop new business opportunities for the different lines of business and possibly create others.
- You will develop and execute new business development strategies tailored to Europe & Africa.
- You will manage the tendering process, ensuring all required documents are accurately prepared and submitted.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and governmental agencies.
- Oversee project execution and ensuring alignment with company objectives

Requirements
- You must be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for business growth.
- You will be based in Malta but requires extensive travel across Europe & Africa.
- You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of experience in business development or sales most preferably in both the countries indicated
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
