Head of Sales

Our client is an esteemed company in Malta. They are seeking a Head of Sales to spearhead the company's projected growth strategy

The Role

  • You will report directly into the directors
  • You bring formal sales training, structure, and expertise to the company's sales and marketing efforts
  • You will give strategic vision to both marketing and sales
  • You will give structured processes, adopt the Challenger Sales Model, and lead branding, integrated marketing campaigns, and content creation
  • You will oversee the recruitment, training, and management of a high-performing sales team
  • You will ensure consistent messaging, conduct market research, and use data analytics to drive growth

Requirements

  • You will have a proven track record in Sales & Marketing
  • You will be both strategic and operational
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • You will have the ability to inspire teams
  • Preferably have experience in professional services industry
  • Have the ability to motivate the team to reach/exceed sales targets

Education and Experience

  • Preferably have tertiary level of education
